This spacious house offers a comfortable layout ideal for families or groups. On the ground floor, guests will find two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a shower, and a separate toilet, making everyday living convenient and practical. The upper floor features four additional rooms, a full bathroom, and a small sitting area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing, reading, or giving everyone extra space to unwind. With multiple sleeping areas and shared spaces spread over two floors, the house provides both privacy and comfort for a pleasant stay.

Du bor i et hyggeligt værelse med adgang til mini køkken (2 kogeplader, airfryer og køleskab, fuld service. Du har egen indgang. Gratis parkering. Centralt men midt i skoven. 500 M til Zoo, 2 km til centrum. Bus 100 m. Du har eget badeværelse som jeg også benytter til at vaske tøj. Du bor i underetagen af huset. I sjældent tilfælde benytter jeg køkken og toilet til mine klienter som også bruger indgangen da min klinik ligger i sammen etage. Derfor bedes der altid holdes orden i køkken og bad.

Der er et hyggeligt bymiljø, med skønne butikker, det er muligt at spise en lækker frokost eller aftensmad på Julins, eller bestille take away. Der er en biograf, skov og kun 15 km til Aalborg Storcenter og 25 km til Aalborg lufthavn.

Bedding/towels available against payment, 80 dkk per pers.

Gåafstand til Støvring by med mulighed for lidt shopping. Kun 20 min. kørsel indtil Aalborg centrum, 15 min. til Aalborg storcenter og 10 min til vidunderlige Rebild Bakker og Rold skov. Der går tog og busser direkte fra Støvring - stationeren ligger i gåafstand fra huset. Huset er nyrenoveret - der er stor terrasse og mulighed for at føle sig hjemme.
