Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Cascina piemontese di grande charme e indubbio fascino. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto l'autenticità storica e culturale della casa. Internamente le strutture originarie, riportate sapientemente alla luce: pavimenti in cotto e pastine, soffitti in mattoni a vista o decorati con affreschi. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino con trave in legno, cucina con antica cappa. Clare's cottage è circondata da un piccolo giardino mediterraneo attrezzato per la vita all'aria aperta.

Trilocale composto da salotto con angolo cottura dotato con tutto il necessario per cucinare, macchina per il caffè espresso, servizio tavolo, divano che non si usa per dormire, tv, wifi, netflix, bagno con vasca, asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, shampoo e gel doccia, asciugamani, le camere con letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio con specchio. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano (senza ascensore). Check-in dalle ore 14:00 fino 00:00. check-out prima delle ore 11:00.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
