Welkom bij onze prachtige accommodatie gelegen op het mooiste stuk van Barrio Antiguo-Santa Cruz. Bij aankomst wordt u verwelkomd door een modern appartement met alle comfort dat u nodig heeft voor een perfect verblijf. Dit moderne appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en biedt twee terrassen met fantastisch uitzicht op de glinsterende zee. Het appartement beschikt over twee terrassen. Op het eerste terras vindt u twee comfortabele ligbedden waar u de hele dag kunt genieten van de zon. Het tweede terras biedt veel privacy en is voorzien van een eettafel en een barbecue, perfect voor een heerlijk diner onder de sterren met een goed glas wijn. De moderne keuken is volledig uitgerust, waardoor u zelf kunt koken als u dat wenst. Het kingsize bed van 180x200 zorgt voor een goede nachtrust en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken, AC, 50 inch televisie en moderne badkamer. De moderne badkamer heeft een regendouche voor de ultieme ontspanning na een dagje strand. In de slaapkamer vindt u een kingsize bed van 180x200 en een 50-inch televisie. Er is ook een wasmachine beschikbaar voor uw gemak. Vanuit het appartement heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op verschillende kerken, het kasteel, de haven en de zee. Gasten hebben beschikking over het gehele appartement. Er worden geen ruimtes gedeeld met andere gasten. Listen and enjoy the Mediterranean sea: Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, direct access to beautiful beaches and minutes from downtown. Well connected by tram and buses that take you downtown or anywhere in the province such as Benidorm and Altea. It has parking and wifi. You can enjoy lazy days on the Costa Blanca, many tourist attractions, the sun and the beach! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, the building has an elevator and the apartment provides air conditioning in it. On the same front door, you can buy bread or fresh pastries besides press or anything in the mini supermarket, and enjoy home cooked lunches. You also have a french and 2 spanish restaurants besides the beach. The tram station stop, La Isleta is just 6min walking from the apartment.
