La Casilla Berber style

This small village house is tucked away just below the church and the traditional washhouse of Bubión. Built in authentic berber style, there are chestnut beams, slate ceilings, terracotta-flagged floors and whitewashed walls. It is a house of genuine character. Although very much part of the village, you nevertheless feel hidden away from the rest of the world here. The south-facing views down the Poqueira Valley are fabulous, encompassing the rural bliss of the surrounding mountains, sweeping across a shimmering Mediterranean Sea to Morocco beyond. The walk down to Pampaneira which starts from the Church is one of the great walks of the Alpujarras. This is a perfect base for anyone who loves mountains and nature. An intricate network of paths and tracks at all levels will satisfy walkers of every ability and inclination, and there is one of Spain's finest stables very close by (the owner lives in the village). Local facilities are excellent - there is ample free parking at the top of the village, and shops, bars and restaurants are a stone's throw away. Convenient bus service to and from Granada 3 times a day. In the summer months bus service to the high mountains - base of Mulhacen. Bubión is a small mountain village - La Casilla is at the bottom of the village. You can leave your car, in the car park, at the top of the village and walk the last 200 (+/-) meters to the house, or if you choose you can drive through the narrow streets and park in the main square, about 50 meters from the house. We recommend you park at the top of the village until you have inspected the streets.

Casa en La Alpujarra Árabe, ubicada en El Barrio más antiguo de Capileira, el lugar más tranquilo y mágico del pueblo. Rodeada de sonidos de fuentes, acequias, montañas, rutas de senderismo y el Río Poqueira. La casa consta de dos plantas. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

Es una casa tradicional situada en el borde del pueblo con vistas a los picos más altos de la península, el Mulhacén 3482 y el Veleta. Ojo con su capacidad de movilidad pues hay muchas cuestas en el pueblo y escaleras en la casa .Durante verano en la ¨terraza¨ puede haber moscas y olores a ganado pues hay una cabreriza cerca. Puede aparcar o usar para carga y descarga el pequeño parking de las Espeñuelas que se queda a 15 mts de la casa pero primero asegurarse que pueden conducir .
