We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Het in onze achtertuin gelegen beachhouse is via een eigen ingang te betreden,geschikt voor 2 personen die van strand en duinen houden. het trein station ligt op 1 minuut lopen en is het startpunt voor veel leuke dagtrips.(haarlem 10 min , en Amsterdam op 30 min. er is een gratis parkeerplaats beschikbaar. huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
