De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

A stained glass door separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment to allow sight and sunlight from both directions. The living room includes a cozy dining table suitable for 4 people and a sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and washing machine and dishwasher.

Feel free to enjoy the sound system, the Phillips hue lights and more. Perfectly situated in Amsterdam. The first floor is for a friend of mine. He will be also ready to help me helping you if there is something that is needed on site. Shared entry, hallway to enter.
