It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal, washer/dryer and 2.5 bathrooms SmartTV can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

Our home would be the perfect stay to watch the Tigers Play! We are just 5 miles from Death Valley! You can take a stroll to Pendleton square; it is 1 mile away! There you will find some delicious restaurants, cute shops and a fun atmosphere. Our home is great for elementary kids! We have a pool that is fenced in, a separate yard with a swing set, obstacle course, and toys for their entertainment! We look forward to hosting you at our home!

South Oaks Guesthouse

A completely private suite in our guesthouse. Enjoy a king bed, private bath, seating area and small kitchen area in the quiet, lush countryside. Famous homemade coffeecake will be in room. There is no TV in the room. No Smoking or Vaping. The Hot Tub is not available for guests at this time. Pool is available at an additional charge of 35$. The dogs name is Jake. He might greet you when you arrive.
