The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.

The house is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a shower outside, 2 terraces overlooking the sea, a kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Its also 2 km from the town of Castro, Tricase and many more little beautiful towns that you can explore by car. The house is private but still very close to bars and restaurants.
