A las afueras de Artà, a solo 2.5 km del pueblo, se encuentra la casa C’an Felip, ideal para unas relajantes vacaciones en familia. En una planta, la casa ofrece un ambiente espacioso y cómodo con un diseño moderno, distribuido en dos zonas. La de día, amplia y luminosa, perfecta para compartir en familia. La zona nocturna con un estudio, un baño, un dormitorio y una suite con vestidor y baño. La propiedad tiene capacidad para albergar a 4 personas, garantizando una estancia cómoda y agradable.

As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

Casa construida en 1925 por su propietario piedra a piedra, reformada, pero manteniendo su encanto original. En la planta baja encontramos una habitación doble, salón comedor abierto, con techos altos y bigas de madera, cocina, baño y coladuría. En la 2ª planta 1 sala para relajarse o trabaja, un baño, 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 con vestidor. Consta de un pequeño patio desde el cual se accede por una escalera al solarium. Ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones diferentes y especiales.

There are beautiful views of Sant Salvador Castle and the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park. We are on the path that leads to the pristine beaches of Artà (Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Estreta). The natural park is also very popular for hiking. Within a 10-minute drive, we can reach more than 10 different beaches and two golf courses.

Podrá disfrutar de unas magnificas vacaciones en Mallorca, en medio de la naturaleza y a 10 minuts paseando del precioso pueblo de Artà . No està preparada para alojar a menores ni bebes, tampoco se aceptam mascotas ya que tenemos una perra, Noa, muy sensible!
