Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Bring your family or your girlfriend, or your employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, charming house in the country. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀

Nydelig lite 3-roms rekkehus over to etasjer i barnevennelig område tett på naturen. Huset er fra 2024 og har en luftig planløsning med åpen kjøkkenløsning, bad, wc-rom, 2 soverom og gode lagringsmuligheter. Fra stuen er det tilgang til en sørvendt marketerasse og kort tilgang til lekeplass. Huset leies ut fullt møblert med tilgang til parkeringsplass. Det er 19 min med tog til Oslo, og kort vei til Dyster gård som har utsalg av økologisk kjøtt på torsdag og fredager.

The apartment is located 15 mins walk from Ås city center and Ås train station (18 min with train from Oslo central station), and a 12 min bike ride from the campus of NMBU. The apartment is quiet, well equipped, have good standard, and two terraces with sun the whole day. You will rent the whole apartment and it accommodate up to four visitors, with two sleeping in the bed room and two sleeping on the sleeping sofa in the living room. Welcome!
