Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

The cottage house combines the life in the countryside with the closeness to the sea since it is located only 500 meters from Trani Ammoudia or Livrohio beach and the port of Ormos Panagias. It is an ideal place for families or couples seeking for a very pleasant environment, privacy and traditional hospitality. In Ormos Panagias you will find several fish restaurants, super market, coctail bar while day cruises round Mount Athos depart every morning.
