Loft in the Countryside

Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof. The Nest is very private, peaceful and quiet. You will have an entire brand new garage apartment to yourself with your own entrance and two parking spaces. The loft contains a private spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cozy queen bed, relaxing sitting area and a small kitchenette. We also provide coffee and tea and all basic tolietries. The guests will have their own private access/entrance but are welcome to take walks around our beautiful lane. I am available for any questions or recommendations. We love to chat with our guests and introduce ourselves but will also maintain your privacy if desired. The guest house is on a private road near a horse pasture. It is close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Tyron, and Asheville. The Biltmore House, great hiking and vistas along with many great restaurants, shops, and breweries are also in the area. It is best to rent or bring your own car. There is little to no public transportation in this area, however you can use Uber.

Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

The Cozy Cottage boasts a welcoming modern farmhouse decor as well as a quaint and calming atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of hot tea as you sit on the front porch and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Set on two wooded acres, Rainbow Vista is our recently built, mid-century modern retreat overlooking Reeves Cove and Pisgah National Forest. Since we can only accommodate one booking per week, we prioritize 4+ day weekend reservations.
