Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Completely restored stone house is situated a few minutes away from the center of Split, the ferry port, railway station and the main bus station. The main town beach, Bačvice, is also located 5 min from apartment. The apartment has 2 separate beds but they can be put together. There is also a kitchen and a small table outside. You are welcome to use the Pool, relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace!!!
