The apartment is located right next to the sea port and the beach. City center, two groceries, a lot of bars and cafes within walking distance. There is one bedroom with balcony and studio area with kitchen, TV, two sofa-beds, dining table and with balcony as well. Both rooms with air condition. In the kitchen you can find any kitchen equipment you would need. You can find all the necessary bedding in the wardrobe and pantry. Small bathroom with a washing machine, washbasin and shower.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

The apartment have 100 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms with terrace exit, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room and stunning view terrace which have 40 square meters. I dare to say that you can see whole city from terrace and there in daytime you can enjoy sunbathing, chilling, relaxing and solar sistem shower. Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace.
