Welcome to The Caldwell! Adjacent to an inlet on Barren River Lake, this contemporary home combines modern finishes with rustic charm. Guests will enjoy all the modern luxuries so they can focus on quality time and relaxation. Take a short walk to the end of the lane for dock access (No boat slip/boat parking access!). Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!
