Our modern apartment is located within a 1km radius from the beach & is just 0.5kms away from the Marine Walk Shopping Centre, that features all of the necessary amenities & boasts some of Durbans top quality restaurants. This unit is NOT in a private home. It is IN A GUEST HOUSE with 2 separate units. This unit has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wifi & Netflix. The 2 bedrooms have 1 private bathroom with bath, shower & separate toilet. Each bedroom has a mini kitchen ( fridge, microwave etc) The guest house has a kitchen, lounge & dining room. We are 2-3 km from the beach, Florida Road, Kingsmead & Moses Mabida Stadiums, Kingspark Pool & Windermere Centre (Woolworths, Checkers etc.) & next to a mini Spar.

Pet friendly - we love animals! If you bring a dog he / she must be cat - friendly . Small - medium dogs only . We also have dogs but they are not in the guests area . We live on the property We welcome all people from all backgrounds. Perfect for work travellers or families that need a break away.

This airy unit is tucked away with its own entrance out of view from the other units & main house. The property and area is lush and peaceful. The unit has unique finishes and honest in its making. It has a foldable eating or work desk, painted in mild-pink and warm teal with bathroom in lime. The unit is occuppied by plenty indoor plants.
