You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. The apartment sits in a quiet Old Town location away from the late-night crowds, yet still just 50 meters from the main Kalelarga promenade and 5 Bunara square with its popular restaurant and bars.

Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

Vila Fresca izgrađena je na arheološkom nalazu rimske vile koja potječe iz 1. stoljeća. U počast rimskoj vili u prizemlju Vile Fresce se nalazi dobro sačuvan mozaik rimske vile, a njeni ostaci se mogu vidjeti u moru ispred Vile.

Apartment Mikulandra on the beach 2

Apartment Mikulandra 2 is new and modern apartment situated on the ground floor with its own terrace and a spectacular sea view. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace in front has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset. There are two sunbeds for you. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...
