Holly Cottage

Located in the small village of Biddulph Moor, Holly Cottage is perfectly suited for a cosy staycation in front of the fire, a base camp for Peak District Adventures or anything in-between! Built in the mid to late 1800's Holly Cottage is full of character. Over its lifetime the stone quarried gritstone building has been extended and modernised, but it retains its cottage charm. If you're looking for a cosy countryside retreat that gives access to the great outdoors, then look no further.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Owls Loft - cosy getaway with far reaching views

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.
