Cozy cottage with a screened in porch, private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

A beautiful getaway right on the river! Swimming,fishing,and kayaking awaits only 20 yards away! For rainy or cold days, there is plenty to do indoors.There is also a treadmill and weights if you want a workout, and lots of games! If you are looking for the finer things things in life, you can enjoy the luxuries of our deep tissue, Swedish massage chair, our electronic recliner couches, the 55” RoKu tv, or just relax in the jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Enjoy the privacy of your backyard on the river!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Parks, diving, train tunnel, blockhouse island, walking paths and river cruises are all within a short walk. Cafes, restaurants, local mircro brewery, shops, groceries, and pharmacies are all nearby. Brockville is rich in history and you will have a front row seat in this historical building located in the historical district. Take a tour through Fulford Mansion or just enjoy a stroll down millionaire's row.

The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
