Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Happy Days Apartment heeft in juli 2020 zijn deuren geopend voor de eerste gasten. Daarmee is het een gloednieuw appartement welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed en digitale televisie. De aangrenzende badkamer heeft een regendouche en is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. In de woonkamer bevind zich de volledig uitgeruste keuken en een gezellig zitje om aan te eten. Daarnaast is er nog een terras met zitje waar je lekker buiten kunt zitten.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

We would love to welcome you to our cosy home, The White House, which is located in the centre of the historic beach-side village of Zandvoort. The central location of the property allows you to enjoy all the exciting amenities that the village has to offer and it is only a short brisk 3 minute walk to the famous 9km long sandy beach. The appartment is private, you will have the whole first floor of the property to yourself! with easy access via a shared communal entrance.

The apartment, located in the basement of our house, is accessible through our beautiful private garden and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach, the circuit, the dunes and the village are within walking distance. You have your own garden, which is separated from our private garden by a wooden fence. So both you and we have our own privacy. It may be that our very friendly cat will visit you in the garden, but it may not enter the apartment.

Vanaf de keuken en woonkamer met open haard zie je de zee en de kustlijn. En vanaf de duinkamer waar je kan slapen is er uitzicht over de duinen waar vaak herten lopen. De badkamer is eenvoudig en netjes. Op de vide kan met meer mensen geslapen worden. Beneden is er toegang tot het zwembad met sauna.
