L'appartamento è posto al quarto piano di un elegante palazzo al centro storico, dalle sue camere si gode di una vista spettacolare che si apre sui tetti dei più antichi palazzi, sui campanili e sulle cupole delle tante chiese di Caltagirone. La zona è piena di servizi quali : farmacie, bar, ristoranti, negozi di ceramica, botteghe alimentari. L'appartamento è posto sullo stesso piano del terrazzo panoramico che è condiviso da tutti gli ospiti .
