Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Terrace in front of the house on the south side. Bedroom on the ground floor, two separate beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs bedroom, with open connection to the stairs: two separate beds (90x200 cm).

Hier in het rustige Friese Rohel kan je écht buiten zijn, de wind in je haren voelen en de zon op je huid. Fietsen en wandelen langs de weilanden en (koud) zwemmen in het Tjeukemeer. Een glas wijn drinken op het terrasje aan het water, met de de blik op oneindig, onder de oude fruitbomen in de tuin. Behalve de geluiden van vogels, het ruisen van de wind en in de verte een trekker, hoor je hier helemaal niks. De zonsondergangen kunnen hier verbazingwekkend mooi zijn.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
