Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

The Roof Nest

The roof nest is a luxurious living space in part of a much loved family home that has been recently remodelled to create several unique living spaces for our family and guests who come to stay. It sits in peaceful surroundings with stunning views overlooking the natural beauty of the nearby Peak National Park whilst being on the doorstep to local amenities. It is a five minute drive to Mossley train station, Greenfield or Uppermill Village where you can find shops, cafes, and restaurant's.

Kick back and relax in this delightful, calm and stylish oasis. As a luxury 1 bedroom, private shower room, self-contained annex, attached to the main house, with its own private entrance, Sunset View offers a peaceful base with a panoramic countryside view. Whether you are a couple who love to walk and explore the nearby Peak District, Lyme Park, rivers and canals or a business person who needs to be close to Manchester Airport or the city, Sunset View has something for everyone.

The Shippen 2 Superkings with En Suites

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This converted shippen on a farm features 2 super king beds (can be split into 4 singles) with en suite bathrooms. Not suitable for under 12 years old. Located in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the Peak District, it's just a 20-minute drive from Manchester City Centre with easy access to public transport. Making it an ideal base for exploring both the vibrant city and the stunning countryside. Only 8 minutes from the M60.

Primrose Cottage in the Peak District

Primrose Cottage is a spacious and comfortable one bedroomed cottage set adjacent to the owners property. Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character

Fully self contained flat which includes one double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and conservatory. Separate entrance, car parking, garden area. Ideal as a base for easy access to Manchester City Centre. Or for those wanting to experience the countryside, this again is just on the doorstep. WFI is available. Ideal for the business commuter, or those just wanting a relaxing break.

We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.

Homely 2 bedroom terrace house situated on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre with excellent bus routes and Motorway links! Kindly note that this is not a 5 star hotel but a budget property and our main clientele tend to be contractors who want something basic and cheap so we are priced accordingly. Please also note that we are not in the city centre.
