Welcome to the Whitsundays, my name is Melanie and I will be your host. Our family home is tucked away in the backdrop of national parks. With the Whitsundays on our door step you are a short day trip to the Islands, Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach. The Whitsundays offers a great diversity of attractions, activities and experiences with the stunning backdrop of the Great Barrier Reef and 74 island wonders. You will find plenty to do when on holidays here from Bush walks to snorkel trips.

From the moment you park your vehicle, ocean views, sounds of the waves and fresh sea breezes await you. This modern architecturally designed home is wheel chair friendly and boasts a large entertainers deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & spacious chef’s kitchen with fabulous ocean views from every room. Located directly across from the beach, Bay View is the perfect Whitsunday escape.

'IslandView' is a fabulous, large home set on one level with magnificent breezes overlooking Hideaway Bay, the Gloucester Passage and Whitsunday Islands views that you will rave about. Watching the Sunrise over the ocean is a thrill to behold and Sunset from the beach at Montes Reef Resort or Gloucester Eco Resort is something not to be missed. One of the rare places in Australia where you can see the Sun set over the ocean. Photographers heaven where the bird life will keep you captivated.

Queens retreat bowen

Queens Retreat in Bowen is just under 2 acres of land with plenty of mango trees on the property. Mango season ranges from September- December, so if you decide to stay, we are more than happy for you to help yourself to some mangoes. Queens Retreat is located significantly close to the local shops, and only a short drive to the beautiful horseshoe, and rose bay. Other activities in Bowen range from golfing, fishing, swimming, and enjoying delicious food at the local pubs and taverns.
