The interior is carefully curated with luxurious finishes and beautiful and comfortable furnishings in every room.

Please come indulge on your private deck with comfy lounge furniture, hot tub, herb garden, and BBQ all surrounded by trees. Enjoy a good night's sleep on a luxurious king-size bed in a unique loft with a skylight to star gaze. Relax and unwind in a beautiful rain shower bathroom. Newly rennovated and furnished and just a short (flat!) walk from the ferry in Snug Cove, the Palm Retreat House has everything you need for a tranquil and easy island escape in high style. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Step back in time with a stay at our newly renovated historic beachfront property on the Sunshine Coast. Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
