Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Built in 1878, our traditional Lakeland cottage has 2 private parking spaces and is situated in the heart of Windermere, one minute's walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs. It is a well appointed country style cottage offering space and great features. It has a private patio with dining furniture at the rear. The sitting room, kitchen & dining room are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly installed bathrooms are on the 1st floor and the utility room is located in the basement.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
