Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Sito nella vallata di Larderia, a sud di Messina, offre la quiete della collina e la suggestiva vista sullo stretto di Messina. Il palazzo è stato ristrutturato mantenendo lo stile antico nell'architettura e nelle finiture di pavimenti e infissi. L'arredamento è un bilanciato connubio tra i mobili antichi restaurati, mobili moderni e design del recupero.
