Ons gezellige guesthouse met sauna ligt op een eiland aan de Leidsche Vaart bij het Braassemermeer. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
