Guests who’ve stayed at The Garden House keep coming back for the warm welcome from Annette and Barry, Lizzie, a scruffy little dog, Marmaduke and Bovver, a couple of cats (see photos), sundowners before dinner, leisurely breakfasts* for just the two of you of muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, local smoked salmon trout, local cheeses, toast, teas and fresh coffee on the veranda with lovely valley views, sole use of a large pool, bicycles and so much more. * From October to mid-April

Classic Getaway in 1904 Heritage House

** NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN** ** NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED - OPTIONAL EXTRA** This classic first floor room with either twin or double bed has a lovely corner view of the garden. Your room has an en-suite bathroom, wifi, satellite TV, Nespresso machine & kettle. The room is serviced daily and is equipped with upmarket finishes and decorated in tasteful neutral tones. Regrettably, no infants or children under 12. Our delicious breakfast is an optional extra, R200 pp per day, request in advance.

Jonkmanshof @20 Bath - Suite 1

Jonkmanshof is a beautifully-restored Cape Dutch heritage house built in 1854 in the small, picturesque town of Montagu. It is the oldest inhabited house in the town. Jonkmanshof - 20 Bath was recently featured by Condé Nast Traveller as the coolest farmhouse to rent in South Africa and is also featured in the Elle Decoration, France. The 25 sqm. room is located next to our orchard in a beautiful, quiet area. The beautiful nature with the forest and Helderberg in the background guarantee a relaxing stay. The room is on the corner of the main house, bordering the garden and our orchard. The room has a private entrance. There is a bedroom and a bathroom ensuite with a shower and a toilet. Classic Family Rooms

The Classic Family Rooms are spacious, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. The rooms and en suite bathrooms have all been renovated (completed September 2019). We have two Family Rooms, Room 1 (ground floor) can accommodate an extra single bed and Room 17 (first floor) has a sofa bed. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children younger than 6 years of age.

South Hill Vineyards - Villa (6 Bedroom)

The South Hill Villa opens up to a generously appointed communal open plan living/ dining area with comfortable lounge seating & DSTV, fully equipped kitchen and indoor fireplace for the chillier months. The Villa consists of 6king size bed en-suite rooms sleeping a total of 12 adults (and 4 additional children beds if required at additional cost).

Tempel Wines, Pool Room with Pool&Mountain View

Enjoy a glass of Tempel Wines’ best on the Pool Room’s private terrace, with views of the cerulean 15m infinity pool and the astonishing Paarl Mountain. The room has a king bed, the bathroom has a shower. Wonderful breakfast available upon request R250pp.
