Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

Det har været vigtigt, at skabe et anderledes æstetisk forenklet udtryk, hvor stilen er minimalistisk i et industrielt design, og hvor familien kan være samlet på et plan. Store glaspartier giver dig oplevelsen af at være tæt med naturen samtidig med, at udsigten til adriaterhavet samt øerne Brac og Hvar, gør husets beliggenhed unikt. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
