New and spacious holiday home located in Lønstrup

Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. Bed Distribution Bedroom 1: 2 sleeping places (double bed 180x200 cm) Bedroom 2: 3 sleeping places (family bunk bed: 120x200 cm and 90x200 cm) Bedroom 3: 3 sleeping places (family bunk bed: 120x200 cm and 90x200 cm)   Outdoor Area The terrace wraps around the entire house, offering several cozy spots where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a good book in complete privacy. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. All is handpicked, with many details crafted by local artisans. Close to Løkken, yet a private sanctuary. Designed for pure peace and slow days.

In quiet and scenic surroundings, away from noise and everyday bustle, you will find this welcoming and completely renovated summerhouse, a true oasis of enjoyment and quality. Here you will feel that you are living in the middle of nature, and you are only a few hundred meters from one of this locations bedst beaches and with a protected forrest just around the corner. This is a perfect sanctuary for relaxation, play and nature experiences.

Hus nær Sæby med egen skov

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Skønt og nyrenoveret dobbelthus på 80m2 med sengepladser til 4 personer. Huset består af to soveværelser med hhv. en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge. Der er dyner og puder (medbring selv sengelinned og håndklæder - kan dog på forespørgsel lejes for 50 kr/sæt ) Der er desuden nyt badeværelse samt komplet køkken med køleskab, komfur og opvaskemaskine. I stuen er der hyggelig sofagruppe samt spisekrog. Huset har egen indgang med tilhørende parkeringsplads og lille terrasse . Adgang til wi-fi.

Stue og køkken med dejlig spiseplads med havudsigt,fryser. Terrasser på alle sider af huset. Nær flot strand. BEMÆRK : det er ikke tilladt at oplade elbiler via sommerhusets installationer pga. brand. Der lejes ikke ud til Ungdomsgrupper.

Nyd freden, naturen og dyrelivet på grunden med stier og hyggekroge. Mange vandreruter og Hærvejen er i umiddelbar nærhed. Med 6 minutter til E45 er stedet egnet som udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Vendsyssel.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

I stueetagen er der køkken, hyggelig stue indrettet med sofaer og tv, og spisestue med adgang til terrasse og have. Der er stor aflukket have bag huset med havemøbler, solstole, hængekøje og grill. I kælderen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.
