“Ca Na Mar” is a cosy stone house in the old part of the village of Bunyola, at the base of the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for hikers and cyclists. The house is located in a beautiful pedestrian street dating back to the Arab period (11th -13th Century AC). Only 3 minute walk to the village centre where you can have a drink or a meal at one of the local restaurants and bars at the plaza. Only 4 minute walk to the local supermarket. 20 min drive to Palma and Port de Sóller.

Somos los propietarios directos y esta temporada anunciamos esta exclusiva villa luminosa totalmente reformada con vistas únicas a la bahía del Pto de Sóller. Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

La finca Alfabia Nou, se encuentra ubicado en plena Serra de Tramuntana, a tan solo 7 Km. de Sóller y Fornalutx y a unos 10 km. del Puerto de Sóller. El agroturismo dispone de apartamentos con dos dormitorios dobles. Disponen de una sala de estar-comedor, cocina tipo americana completamente equipada, TV por satélite, Wifi gratuito, aire acondicionado frio-caliente, caja de seguridad, baño completo y terraza independiente completamente amueblada.
