Very large and private backyard A few steps to bakery and best fish and chip shop on the south coast means no cooking required although full kitchen and BBQ at your home if required The lake is great for swimming, SUP boarding, boating and fishing (boat ramp nearby) and a 5 min walk to pristine Burrill Beach. Bannister Getaway is perfect for a relaxing/romantic getaway with its wonderful north-facing ocean views. It’s a peaceful, quiet, big studio. You can walk to so many lovely places. It's a 10-minute stroll down a scenic bush track to Narrawallee Beach or 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from Mollymook Beach. On the first floor the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . A communal BBQ is by the tennis court. It is a short level 250m walk to the golf club.

Stroll 800m to Narrawallee beach (down Matron Porter drive then right at victor ave) or head a little further to Mollymook beach where you'll find Bannisters Pavillion, supermarket, deli and bakery.
