La plupart de nos voyageurs apprécient le calme de ce lieu, le cadre très verdoyant, la propreté de l'appartement, son confort et l'attention qui leur est portée. Un logement "Semi- enterré" atypique avec ces grandes fenêtres totalement indépendant de 32 m2.Les photos panoramiques pour bien comprendre sa configuration. Proximité une grande axe des transports bus, rer et tram. Appart simple, convivial ,confortable et pratique. 1h de CDG, 15mn Orly par orlyval et 17 mn de paris ( Saint Michel). Parc de sceaux à 50m. Recommande bien lire la descript+ évite réservation indirecte.

This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.
