Casa rustica, 90 mq, nel sud della Sardegna. La zona è molto tranquilla è silenziosa, offre una vacanza di pace e relax, a 2,5 km si trovano le splendide dune di sabbia bianca di Porto Pino. La casa è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 bagno con vasca, angolo cottura, salone con camino, veranda arredata, ampio giardino con lettini e barbecue, doccia esterna e posto auto. La casa viene fornita di tutte le dotazioni necessarie, compresa la di biancheria, stoviglie, frigorifero, TV e lavatrice.

Alla casa si accede tramite vicolo privato dalla strada principale. Il parcheggio auto si trova sia nella strada principale che a circa 15 metri in un grande spiazzo. La casa si trova vicino alla zona storica di Sant'Antioco a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Basilica di Sant'Antioco, dove sono presenti i primi servizi quali bar, minimarket, ortofrutta, pescheria e pizzeria. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al corso alberato, via V. Emanuele, il nostro centro del paese. NON SONO AMMESSI ANIMALI

Luminosa Villetta immersa in un'oasi di verde, vista mare, distante solo dieci minuti di macchina dal paese e cinque dalle spiagge. Un delizioso portico offre area relax, docce e spazi per mangiare all'aria aperta. Più entrate danno accesso ad un'ampia cucina-soggiorno, attigua una confortevole cameretta e il bagno principale. The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Ci troviamo in una posizione strategica a metà strada tra porto pino e sant'Antioco, da qui avrete la possibilità di visitare le più belle spiagge del sud ovest della Sardegna. Avrete in oltre la possibilità di godervela al meglio perché in base al vento voi potrete scegliere la costa più riparata.

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
