Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. Linens & towels are provided. Nespresso delonghi coffee machine available but pods not provided. It takes the original Nespresso pod or alike. Bookings are for guests over 25yrs old only. Strictly no schoolies.

The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Filled with a relaxed ambience and glorious space to enjoy the tranquil outdoor, plus all the comforts of home this reimagined beach house presents an idyllic Peninsula escape. Tasmanian Oak floors flow throughout, connecting the living and dining rooms. The family bathroom serves two bedrooms at the rear, while a private main bedroom showcases a deluxe open ensuite, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Just a short stroll to Truemans Road Reserve, cafe and an easy walk to the beach!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Beach studio. Open plan living with a queen bed, beautiful comfortable leather couches, timber flooring, brand new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large backyard with a private outdoor shower. The Studio is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS.
