Bellissimo e tranquillo appartamento in locazione breve per la stagione estiva. Ci troviamo a Su Spantu III, comune di Capoterra. La casa si trova esattamente tra mare e montagna ottimo punto di partenza per le spiagge più belle ed escursioni. È composta da due ampie verande, due camere di cui una matrimoniale, un bagno e ampio soggiorno con cucina attrezzata. Aria condizionata, pavimento in parquet. La zona é servita ed é a poca distanza sia dalle spiagge più belle della costa sud-ovest
