 Le camere sono 3, 2 matrimoniali con aria condizionata ed una camera doppia con due letti singoli. I bagni sono due, uno completo di doccia e l'altro di servizio. Nel giardino è inoltre disponibile una doccia all'aperto, parcheggio privato. Due ampie terrazze.

Bellissima villetta sita a soli 1km dal centro abitato e dotata di ampio giardino con mini campo da calcio, un terreno enorme con alberi da frutto e tanto svago e relax .Situata ai piedi della collina e lontana dalla strada principale rende il soggiorno davvero molto rilassante e riservato, soppratutto la sera quando il cielo stellato e il suono delle cicale fanno da padroni al paesaggio.Di giorno dopo la doccia in giardino post mare ci si può rilassare con un bel pranzetto al barbecue.

Inoltre ci si può cimentare a visionare il complesso Nuragico di Seruci, che è un importante sito archeologico dell'età del bronzo e del ferro La casa è dotata di 4 posti letto e una culla.

La strada per raggiungere la casa è sterrata per circa 200 metri. È sconsigliato avere un'auto bassa e con larghezza superiore a 2 metri in quanto sono presenti arbusti che potrebbero rigare la carrozzeria.
