It is only 3 miles down the ridge to Downtown Asheville, 5.3 miles to Biltmore Estate and only 4 miles up the ridge to Blue Ridge Parkway. Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.
