La villetta indipendente dista 800 metri dal mare e gode di una bellissima vista panoramica. La casa è dislocata su due livelli. 1° zona giorno: giardino con loggiato, munito di barbecue e ideale per i pasti, dal quale si accede all'angolo cottura e al salotto, dotato di bagno di servizio. 2° zona notte: camera matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello e bagno. Nelle camere sono presenti due letti apribili. Nel retro è presente uno spazio attrezzato con due docce, di cui una semichiusa.
