A short 5 minute walk will take you from the front door to the beach, play park, tennis courts, Costcutter, coffee shops and train station, with links to Belfast and Londonderry. Relax with the whole family at this cosy, peaceful place to stay, now with central heating. The caravan is at the bottom of our large garden, and enclosed with fencing at all sides. There is only one caravan, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. We are a 0.5 mile walk to the blue flag Benone beach & beside a bar & restaurant. Local amenities include the ferry to Donegal and Benone golf course. We are situated between Coleraine and Limavady and just 30 minutes drive from the Giants Causeway.

Being a Studio Apartment everything (except the bathroom) is located in one room. 1 luxury kingsize bed, well equipped kitchenette, dressing table, breakfast bar with stools and all of the necessary utensils. The Studio is also equipped with a Smart Tv and access to Netflix all at no extra cost. Completely private Garden Hot Tub/Spa. Please advise at time of booking whether you intend to use the hot tub.
