A házhoz tartozik egy napozóterasszal szegélyezett medence, kerti zuhanyzóval. A sport szerelmeseit a kert végében kialakított strandröplabda várja, az esti kellemes hangulatról pedig kerti sütögető gondoskodik. A közelben található az északi part fővárosa Balatonfüred.
