Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Wake up to birdsong and peaceful countryside views at Deer Barn, a luxury stable conversion on our family farm beside the Kennet & Avon Canal. Spend slow mornings in your private south-facing garden, wander the canal towpath, explore independent cafes and shops, then return for an evening stargazing beside the BBQ fire pit. Sink into the sofa with a good book and switch off from everyday life (Starlink internet if you want to stay connected!). Dog friendly. Independent and working with wildlife!

Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The 4th bed is a single folding bed or a travel cot, available for a small extra charge. Please let us know if these are required when making your booking. Cleaning charges included.

Comfortable 1 bedroom loft Apartment with Parking

This spacious loft studio is above our Oak framed garage. Easterton is a small village, the excellent pub serves good food and is just 200m away. Market Lavington is very close with a Co-op, pharmacy and a cafe as well as a Chinese takeaway and a Fish and Chip shop. Devizes is 8 miles away, and Dominos do deliver We are on the King Alfred's Cycle Way and have locked garage space for cycles . We are within easy driving distance to Stonehenge, Avebury and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work from, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV & WiFi Free off road parking. Takes about 20 min to walk into town. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. Sorry, we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Barn - Delightful Wiltshire Holiday Home

Converted in 2020 from a 17th century brick-built farm building, The Barn offers guests a luxurious stay in a unique setting perfect for exploring Wiltshire. It is at the foot of the Wessex Downs, close to the Kennet and Avon Canal, a short drive from the ancient market town of Devizes, within reach of Avebury, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Bath and only 30 minutes from the M4.

Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Pigsty Cottage is a very spacious apartment within the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and secure parking. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.

This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.
