The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

We offer you a serene country single story cottage on a working farm, overlooking the picturesque Otter valley in the Blackdown Hills. Comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc and also linen and towels. Olde worlde features incuding beams and woodburner in the centre of the living room. Having one single and one double bedroom. A Patio Door leads out from the living room so you can enjoy your meals outside in the secluded Decked Area.

Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Bedroom 1 can be set up as a superking or two single beds Bedroom 2 has a double bed Travel cot & highchair available upon request. 2 well behaved friendly dogs accepted

The Roost in the Blackdowns

The Roost is a modern self-contained loft with sofa bed and secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque and hidden Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
