Full of character it’s a perfect escape for anyone craving a cosy private retreat, with a gorgeous log burner and private garden and parking space. The cottage enjoys excellent transport links to Manchester and Stoke while remaining wonderfully secluded. Trains can be heard passing from time to time - a nostalgic reminder of the cottage’s heritage .

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Congleton is also on the border of Stoke-on-Trent so Alton Towers, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest & pottery museums are all within an easy drive

Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.
