Each site is rented individually and has a 75' long concrete slab and their own private wooden deck, septic, water, PK Grill 20/30/50 amp and wi-fi. The common areas are: A spacious yard with a picnic table, dipping pool, mini beach and a 214’ pier over the Copano Bay which is shared (only) with the other RV site.

We hope you will enjoy our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home on the canal at City by the Sea. This home is right between Rockport and Aransas Pass and the best fishing holes are all around us. It’s a fisherman’s dream. This house is in a safe and quiet community. This is not a place for loud parties. We have 2 Smart TVs and outdoor cameras.
