Private pool Villa close to the beach

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Vacanze di 60mq, sita in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa di campagna. Composta da due camere da letto matrimoniali, essenziali e ben arredate, i materassi e cuscini in memory garantiscono un confortevole riposo. La cucina è luminosa, dotata del necessario, con ingresso principale indipendente e ingresso secondario si affaccia alla pergola, sotto la quale è possibile rilassarsi sull'amaca o fare colazioni e cene all'aperto.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

Non è la spiaggia più bella dell’isola, ma proprio per questo è poco frequentata, e si trova a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e il paese.
