This home 🏡 offers a tranquil place next to the city park and view of lake. Home offers 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds. Each bedroom has their own heating and air with ozone cleaning to assist in the cleanest air we can provide. The living room offers a new queen sleeper sofa. Our kitchen is stocked many cooking appliances and pantry items but no stove or oven. Upon request we provide bikes, games, grills, memory foam top for sofa bed and most anything you need for infants/toddlers.

There is a 14’ Jonboat with trolling motor for use on the water (2" ball to move the boat is provided). Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome, plenty of parking and space to turn around to accommodate boat trailers. Conveniently located 3 miles from I-24 Exit 31. Large dog run in the back yard!

The cabin is set in a 90 acre area surrounded by woods with two small lakes (fishing, walking trails and paddle boating available at no extra charge). There is only one other cabin on the 90 acres. Nearest town, Dixon (3 miles), Madisonville (20 miles, Henderson 21 miles), Evansville, IN (has a regional airport about 35 miles). Truly a relaxing getaway place.

There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
