Lovely garden level basement apartment, newly remodeled in a 1904 historic home located in the Wyman Historic District. Walking distance to 3 major parks, dining, coffee shops, Denver Botanic Gardens, or take a Lyft 10 min to Downtown or even closer to the Cherry Creek district. Buses are also half a block away. We would be happy to tell you more about the surrounding areas and our favorite hangouts. We used as much reclaimed material as possible to craft this speakeasy-style space.

The space has its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Don’t forget you will also have access to the hot tub. Central location, close to downtown, the bar scene, concert venues along Colfax and steps away from tons of cool dining options. Huge private patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening smoke :-) We love puppers 🐶 and allow small pets (25 pounds or less) for a small extra fee!

Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
