Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). Great penthouse apartment in the heart of IJburg in Amsterdam. IJburg is the newest area, with many interesting architectural projects, like the largest community of houses on water. This apartment is 100 meters from the marina, which has a mediterranean atmosphere with its boats and cafe's around it. Shops for daily groceries are at walking distance (within a 5 minutes walk). The apartment has a roof terrace of over 200 m2. But also from inside there are unlimited views on both sides.

House in a quiet neighbourhood.

We just bought and renovated our whole house last year. The house have a designer kitchen with everything you need. We have three bedrooms. - And a master bedroom with a big luxury two persons bed. - One for a baby or todler. - One for a todler or child under the age of 10. There is a small balcony which is wonderfull in the evenings. It's located in the middel of Watergraafsmeer area where a lot of family's live. And it's 15/20 minutes away from the city center.
